Transportation & Accommodation
On-Site Parking
Parking is available on-site at Richmond Estate Winery on a gravel lot.
Vehicles may be left overnight and must be picked up by 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 18.
Rideshare & Taxi
Uber and taxi services operate in the area, but late-night availability in Richmond can be limited. If you are not using the shuttle or driving, please plan your transportation home in advance.
Hotel
There is a hotel block at ***TBD*** in Kanata, a 25 minute drive from the venue.
Shuttle Service
A shuttle will run between the hotel (Kanata) and the venue (The Richmond Estate Winery). ***TBD***

Other Information
Attire
Cocktail Attire (Suits & Cocktail Dresses). More importantly, we want you to feel great and comfortable!
Footwear Note: The parking lot is gravel, the path to the ceremony is a short dirt road, and the ceremony itself takes place on grass. We recommend that you plan your footwear accordingly.
Children
We love your little ones, but to allow all of our guests (especially parents!) a night to relax and celebrate with the open bar, our wedding will be an adults-only event. We hope you can enjoy a night off with us!
Plus-Ones
Due to venue space limitations, we can only accommodate guests formally named on your invitation.
Gifts & Registry
Having you with us on our big day is the best gift we could ask for! We are not setting up a traditional registry. Should you wish to give a gift, a contribution toward our honeymoon/future home funds would be greatly appreciated. A card box will be available at the reception.
Meal Choices
For dinner there is a choice between 3, please make your selection in the RSVP form and be sure to include any dietary restrictions.
